I read the one review on this book and I don't agree. I think if you don't know anything about accounting information systems this book might appear to be scattered. However, if you have some exposure to AIS(Accounting Information Systems) you'll immediately recognize the flow of topics is typical of the subject. The author is very thorough and organized in his coverage and gives required insight. A book about AIS is not going to read like an accounting textbook, nor are the topics going to be mastered in the same way. I really liked the book. I originally read the library's copy, but I bought my own because it was so good and I wanted a copy.

This book is very disorganized. One chapter is flowcharts, next is viruses, next is flowcharts, lets talk about sarbanes oaxley and than flow charts again, now maybe some discussion about SAP and reducing clerical costs then some ERP architecture.
Where they just throwing darts at a piece of paper with topics?
Also, no attempt at a solutions manual to the poorly worded questions. Poorly worded questions which also content wise where pretty stupid, (ie bob notices 50$ missing from his petty cash fund every week, he leaves the counter and he has many people manning the store including janitors. What are preventive controls he can implement)

Las mujeres asesinadas parecen no importarle a nadie, solo asi se explica la indiferencia gubernamental y la constante ineficiencia policiaca para esclarecer estos crimenes. Uno de los mejores libros que he leido, apasionante, intenso, espectante y ademas un libro que te mantiene atento y al borde de la intriga, no puedes dejar de leer y leer y leer. Lo lei en una tarde y el hecho de imaginar lo que pasa en el terremoto, la gran devastacion, imaginar carreteras deshechas, arboles arrancados del suelo, un mundo de desesperacion; te hace no despegarte de la historia. Verdaderamente un libro que hace reflexionar tu lugar en este mundo y que hace valorar lo que Dios te ha dado y lo que no tienes.

What a wonderful and readable book --- kudos to Fernandez! He offers a thoughtful introduction to U.S. Latino theology taking his readers through the history of Latinos in the U.S., the development of this group's theological contributions, and the strengths and limitations of Latino theology's leading thinkers. He concludes by suggesting some prime questions for further study. Fernandez's book offers a succinct one volume introduction to this exciting field.

Another Jesuit priest's attempt at mind control. The Mexican community at large, needs to get over what happened over five hundred years ago. We could all wallow in melanoia and victimhood. This author was a professor in Berkeley when I was in attendance and his methods of writing and teaching are (covertly) abusive. Jesuits always have 'an agenda'. It's quite unholy. I am only sorry that Ada Maria Isasi-Diaz is involved with this novella.

This book is about a boy named Juan Zanate.His parents died.He had only two brothers .They were workers. Juan would always go to a tree with the birds, and he would think.Once, he told a guy named Tobias if he could work with him and Tobias said no.So, he went to an old man named Tata to ask if he could work with him and, Tata said yes.Juan was happy.I think this book it's kind of nice because it's about this guy that nobody like's.
