HUH!!!.......2007-05-03
If your a collector than this tab book is good for you. If you wanna learn how to play some Dime tunes than DON'T GET THIS BOOK! It has the wrong tabs for "Walk". Common now. I'm really dissapointed. The band Pictures are cool though. What I'm saying is... I should have read the reviews!
I thought it was just me.......2003-01-28
I agree with the guy from the UK when he says this was the worst he ever owned. I'm sorry, but the numerical displacement on even the simplest chords was hard enough to decipher. Instead of trying to read the tab, i almost always had to rewrite the tab using a word processor before the tablature became clear enough for me to read. I really can't say that it is wrong, because when i did rewrite/decipher/copy some tab, it was correct. The solo for "This Love", on the other hand, was hardly worth printing. As the author explains, "unlike other songs, intricate fast licks are not presented here. However, play it with emotion while making good use of the wah-wah pedal." This quote, straight from the book, shows that apparently, "good use of the wah-wah" can make up for a lot that was simply not shown. You want to at least not waste time figuring out stuff like that when you spend 25 bucks on a official tab book. (I know it's much cheaper here, but it's what i payed). And, on a good note, this book has some of the most awesome pictures of PanterA in it i've ever seen. the pictures are pretty cool. And finally, this book got the three stars because of it's transcription of "Mouth For War", possibly worth the price of the book itself. A necessity for PanterA fans out there and those like them.
worst tab book i've ever owned.......2002-04-07
i've been playing guitar for about ten years and have owned many tab books in that time of which this is certainly the worst.
to start with the tab is actually different to previous published copies which i own, and in places just appears to be wrong. some of the solos for example have been tabed to run over several strings when it is just played on one, making the actual music more difficult to play and disjointed, this difference in positioning appears frequently throughout the book.
it is also written in a non standard format with different notations and fonts unlike anything i have experienced before and this makes it confusing in places and occasionally difficult to distinguish which strings the notes are supposed to be played on. the bass and drum tabs are also mixed in which doesn't make it any clearer, but at least you get more value for money which i can say is the only redeaming feature.
the forewords at the start of each song are usually increadably obvious (the use of palm muting and distortion, like you dont know that already if your in to pantera!) and in places uninformative.
the songs are in alphabetical order not as they are arranged on the respective albums so you have to look up the page number to find the song you want.
the book leaves out some of the best and most difficult songs on both albums (regular people, medicine man, rise, etc)and retains simplistic songs like ... hostile.
pantera are one of my favourite bands and this book is far inferior to previous publications, its more like its been written by a 15 year old for his school project than someone who actually knows what they're doing. at its price its only worth it if you are really desperate and cant get hold of the proper tab anywhere else. i found the standard of this tab to be poor and unacceptable and i sent it back for a refund, which i have not regretted.
a waste of money and an injustice to the music.
Power selection.......2000-12-31
A very well explained book, includes transcription of guitar, plus drums, bass vocal and some other sounds that may appear. Includes comments on every song about the rhytms, weird sounds, vocals, all!
Serious music to listen and play, this book gets all the power in Pantera which sound is best explained by a description they share with no other band: Power Groove (heavy, riff-oriented feel).
You won't regret getting this!
Book Description
In recent years, interest in the DeTomaso marque has increased dramatically. Good Panteras are harder to find each year, and values continue to rise. What's fascinating about the Pantera community is that no two owners seem to prepare their cars in the same way, and in fact completely original cars are a minority. Unlike in the Corvette, MoPar or Ferrari world where originality is worshipped, in the Pantera constellation, modifications and upgrades are for the most part, accepted and encouraged as long as they are done to a very high standard. This color picture book presents all of the models of Panteras that were offered by the factory in Italy, including the GTS, GT5, GT5-S and the very rare Group 4 race cars. In sharp contrast, mild to wild owner modifications of these cars are shown, including blowers, turbos, massive brakes and carbon fiber body panels, to name a few.

A photographic book........2007-09-02
Not a comprehensive book to read but a colour book on Pantera's.This book lacks a comprehensive text on these cars. The photographs throughour are all in colour and most people will be pleased with this book.If you are looking for technical/history of Pantera's this isnt the book but an ideal book if you love colour-glossy photos.
Great photographs, but............................2007-08-15
If you are looking for a "picture books" for the Pantera, you will not be disappointed with this book, for that's pretty much all it is.
However, if you wants techical details, how to and other info to "improve" your Pantera, you can do much better and for free on the web.
Excellent book on the Pantera.......2006-12-04
This book is a gem. The folks involved in this book are some heavy hitters in the Pantera world. David and Linda Adler are the former directors of Pantera International, so they obviously know their stuff. Wallace Wyss worked for Motor Trend and also wrote a book on Alejandro DeTomaso titled DeTomaso: The Man and The Machines (which is an outstanding read with tons of techinical information and b&w photos), which I sadly believe is no longer in production. It also features a very nice Forward by Tom Tjaarda, who designed the Pantera.
This book is totally comprised of color photos of all the Pantera models built from the factory, along with custom Panteras. It features many nice photos of interiors and engine compartments to compliment the exterior shots of the car. I personally am thrilled that there are quite a few shots of the GT5-S, which I believe is the sexiest Pantera (or automobile) ever produced.
Books on the Pantera are few and far between, and don't seem to stay in print too long, so I highly recommend you purchase this book. While certainly not a downfall, this book has no real text, except for the captions which accompany each photo. The captions provide good info, but there is no history of design and production in this book. For that, I recommend you try to get your hands on DeTomaso: the Man and the Machines, which I mentioned earlier. Both books go very well together, as one only has a few color photos but outstanding text, and this one only has color photos. Other than a few mis-spelled words here and there, this book is outstanding!

Right on Metal lives!.......2005-11-08
I don't know what Anti-Pantera Fag's problem is, but Pantera, in general, is great.
Anti-Pantera Fag, after reading your review for TGSTK, I was appauled that you had a BLACK PARTY!!!! I hope a terrorist group drops bombs on your neighborhood and takes you and all 2 of your Pantera hating gay lovers as victims!
Had to answer the loser Pantera hater.......2005-10-28
I wish you were here. I'd punch you in the face. You are a complete loser. Dimebag's passing is a tragedy. Pantera was a great heavy metal band. I'm a guitar player myself. I get what you're saying, but obviously you've never seen Pantera live or even seen them on a live video. Dimebag was the real deal. No offense to the bands you like, but you are an embarrassment to them. Stop playing guitar and take up a reasonable instrument for yourself like the skin flute. Perfect for you. Dirtbag!
Literary garbage.......2005-10-17
Another book about Pantera music, oh boy!
This book is even worse then that other Pantera book, "Douchebag darrle's riffer madnes". What you get is even more ham-fisted guitar tomfoolery from with out a doubt in my mind one of the most overrated and over-exsessivly praised guitarist that ever lived. As i said in an other review on a Pantera book, my deepest sympathy goes out to the tree that got cut down and milled into paper to make this monstosity, even deeper sympathy goes out for the ink used in the print. This book is a collection of god awful songs translated in to tabulature for the electric guitar. Maybe i would reccomend this to amature guitar players around the 12/13 age, but not serious ones with a decent amount of experience under their belts, that would be just downright insulting. It is a very well-known fact that Dimebag Darrle relied too heavily on effects, stomp boxes and disto pedals to cover up the total lack of talent he had, much like todays Nu Metal guitarists. Anyone who thinks Dime had talent seriously needs to listen to Schenker, Impetrelli, Malmsteen or some Gamma Ray to see what little talent he had.
Just please don't waste your money on this pile of garbage. There are much better books out thier for guitar instruction, and much better role modles to follow then the talentless poser known as Dimebag Darrle. It is like that popular kid in high school who is "in" with the pop crowd, and who is proclaimed as "awesome", but actually they really have no talent or reason to be liked at all. Its basically the same thing with Dimebag, very popular with the kids and girls, no talent, and absolutly no class at all, an utter blight and drain on modern soceity.
Fortunatly, i doubt their will be anymore books printed featuring this loser's playing. Now that Dimebag has had his own "damage plan" in the form of being riddled w/ bullets, it has saved him from further embaresment and has secured Pantera fans in the belive that he is a guitar "God". If this guy had lived, he would of been a wash up 10 years from now, plain and simple. Dimebag would have been appearing on VH1 "Where Are They Now?" dumpster searches, and most likely would of been on a episode of "The Surreal Life" w/ other wash ups time has forgotten about. Can you say the Vannila Ice of metal?
In conclusion, this book is a waste of money and a drain on our precious enviroment. This is the equivilent to a guitar instruction book written by the guy who works at the local 7/11, i'v never seen such a horrendus guitar tab book. Don't buy this thing, just stay away from it.
all I can say is yes.......2000-01-12
Pantera has touched my heart many times while trying to sleep and most importantly when i ripp off some Dimebag songs on my guitar. Crank up your distortion and it's on. Pantera is the greates band alive eventhough they don't like to say so.
PanterA rules!!!!!!!.......1999-02-19
I love PanterA and I was looking for books on them and I found it here. I was thinking about playing the drums and I would love to be able to play like Vinnie Paul. He is the best double bass drummer that I have ever heard. CFH PanterA rules

Magnifico.......2005-01-14
Efraim, te las echaste de nuevo!
This novel shows a more mature Efraim Medina. By far, it surpasses "Tecnicas de Masturbación" -Medina's previous novel, a disspointment after "Erase una Vez el Amor pero Tuve que Matarlo". The story develops in Cartagena (Ciudad Inmovil), Colombia, although the main character seems more "universal" than the characters developed in previous novels. Lots (and great) references to Comics, and several minor details will make this novel appealing to the American reader. I am not sure if an english translation is underway, though. Four stars because the story gets carried away at some point (overdose, perhaps?).

Book Description
In September 1969 Ford announced that they would market the de Tomaso Pantera through its Lincoln-Mercury dealer Styled by Ghia these cars had mid-mounted, American-built Ford V8 engines and represented a type of high-performance car that were popular in the 1970s. The introductory model was 330bhp later developed to the 350bhp GTS; then came the GT5, GT5S and ultimately the 200. This is a book of contemporary road and comparison tests, specification and technical data, new model intro's, driver's reports, production methods. Models covered include: GTS, GT5, GT5S and 200.

The book is a guide...

Highly Recommended.......2007-02-18
Having read and studied most of the more popular books available on the subject, I bought this book with a view to getting a different perspective, rather than any hope for new insights.
Upon reading it I was more than pleasantly surprised by the content. It has to be one of the best books I've read on the subject.
Like most of the reviewers, I wouldn't recommend it as a first book for someone wanting to learn hold `em. Some of the views expressed in the book are unconventional and not appropriate for beginners. However, barring the complete novice, I can wholeheartedly recommend this book as one of the top 5 most useful books I've read (and I've read quite a few). Not because of it's groundbreaking suggestions, but rather this book is genuinely aimed at getting the reader to think about why he should make a particular decision. It helps the reader to think like an experienced hold `em player, rather than providing a set of rules for play in specific circumstances.
For instance, in his chapter on seat selection, when he recommends that you sit maniacs to your left (contrary to most authors who recommend the opposite), it comes after a discussion of the varying perspectives or `theories' of poker. According to Carson, most authors focus on the fact that `poker is a game of incomplete information'. In his view, however, the `poker is a game of strategy and deception' theory is more appropriate when making this particular decision. "You get very little extra information from having a maniac on your right, but having him on your left expands your tactical playing options tremendously".
There is no false pretence that this is the only book you will ever need on hold `em. In fact the author provides frank reviews of the more popular hold `em books with honest opinions on their value.
Whether you agree or not is irrelevant; rather it is the thought process that matters. This is a book that will definitely help develop your thought on the game of hold `em poker.
Very good book in need of a new title........2006-12-31
This is one of the best Texas Hold'em books out there. Gary has an interesting way of looking at the game that is thought provoking. His insights can make you a better player, but I suggest trying to digest the material here slowly. It is easy to misunderstand or misapply the concepts here. Like any other good poker book, this is a book that you should study, rather than just read.
There is very little discussion of the specifics of pot-limit, no-limit, spread-limit, and tournament poker in this book. The book does discuss these topics, but those chapters are thin and seem to be added as an afterthought. Nonetheless, much of the material is applicable to any form of Texas Hold'em, once you understand it well. It does seem that Gary is primarily a limit Hold'em player, or that he was when he wrote this book.
Also, Gary Carson is an active participant of the Usenet group rec.gambling.poker. Gary has clarified some of the concepts in his book on this public forum.
Great Incomplete Book.......2006-09-16
The only thing I don't like about this book is the title. This is a great book for limit holdem cash games. It is applicable in online or live play and would be helpful if the game were tight or loose, passive or aggressive. In fact, one of the great strengths of the book is how it helps one evaluate the table and play according to who is actually there and not according to how some group of players were playing at a $40/80 table in Las Vegas in 1978.
The emphasis on table selection and on flexibility in play makes this a valuable tool for increasing ones profits or even for the beginner. Rather than giving formulas (formulae?) Carson gives guidelines for thinking about situations. The tables of starting hands that he provides should be taken with a grain of salt, as he says himself.
But enough of Mr. Nice Guy, why did I call it incomplete?
1: He only touches on big-bet Holdem, No-Limit and Pot-Limit. The advice he gives on it big-bet is very good. In fact some of it is extremely valuable. However, it is only a splash in the very lage pond. This is understandable because the NL boom had not arrived at the time the book was released. NL tourneys were common but cash games all over the country were still overwhelmingly limit.
While understandable, it is a shame becuase NL has become more important as the months go by and because Mr. Carson has been a succesful NL cash player and knows what he is talking aobut.
2: His tournament advice is also brief, not inspired and not worth mentioning. If all you want to do is play tourneys, the book is worth the low price but that's about it.
So why do I give it five *s?
Because my hourly rate in the LHE games at Foxwoods, which was already good, doubled in the few months after I read this book and absorbed its ideas.
The Best Hold 'Em Book, Period.......2006-06-01
I found this book while reading Matt Matros' "The Making of a Poker Player". Matros has this book as one of the seven he recommends unequivocally. Had it not been for Matros, I would not have known of Gary Carson's book.
This treasure of a book seems to be hidden from the general poker public. I play online exclusively, and I've asked various tablemates about the book. Almost no one seems to know about it. This is an absolute hidden gem, so superior to anything else out there.
The book is not for the complete beginner. In fact Carson himself recommends starting with Lee Jones' "Winning Low Limit Hold 'Em" or Ed Miller's "Getting Started in Hold 'Em". But, after having read and maybe reread one of those two, I'd suggest diving right into "The Complete Book of Hold 'Em" and staying with it for about a year or so. I don't see the need for any other book of poker instruction during that time, except perhaps Carson's own "Casino Poker" in which he introduces most of the different games of poker. (If you just have to read something else, I really like John Feeney's "Inside the Poker Mind" and Roy Cooke's "Real Poker II".)
Well, what about Sklansky, Malmouth, Ciaffone, Hellmuth, Krieger et al? Nope, you don't need any of them. For at least a year, Carson's book is plenty. In fact I would recommend strongly against them, since they could confuse the rock solid foundation you are building with Carson.
What makes this book so good? That is not easy to answer. Carson involves himself with the reality of playing poker; it's a situational approach. He does not fit the game into one single theory. He takes multipe perspectives. He admits it's not an easy, cookbook style (that's what Jones and Miller are for), but it is the only completely honest one. This is a new way of thinking that is levels above what the other poker authors are writing. Other reviewers who have liked the book say how it has changed their thinking, their approach to play; it does if the student puts in the time for study that is required. He will not be spoonfed. He will have to think. But what a difference it will make at the tables!
The book is revolutionary. Why it is not better known, why I had to find it by such a roundabout route, is beyond me. But when you find out it exists, Matusow (my hero) would call you a donkey not to buy it. One other plus which I don't think is trivial in poker literature; Carson knows how to write.

Decent beginners book with a section on Draw.......1999-06-29
Moorehead's book is a good first book with sound but somewhat conservative advice. It does not address any of the newer games like Hold'em or Omaha, but is one of the few books with a section of Draw.
Book is very general.......1999-05-23
This book lacks any specifics about pokwer situations... It is a very general book and will not help any advanced player...it will only help beginner players slightly...find a better book

Most Underrated BJ book of all time.......2007-08-30
I am a psychologist and successful low level card counter. When I switched from Hi-opt I to the High-Low count I got Reynolds book first. I subsequently read all the classics et al and used other counts at times but this is absolutely the most underrated book in blackjack. Some of the index numbers are slightly different from Wong at times but Wong's research found that minor index differences aren't a big deal. The book is just a joy to read. Its really too bad that others have not noticed what is probably a Magnum Opus by Reynolds as it is probably the most sound, fun and useful entry to High-low count out there. I love the 101 tips in the back of the book. Excellent advice that I still use. I have made this same claim repeatedly on BJ21 a few years back. Read the other books later. Congratulations, Mr. Reynolds...yours is the most underrated book in the whole realm.
This is THE book on Blackjack..........2005-11-09
I've played blackjack using the widely-available "basic strategy" for over 20 years. I love the game; but I just don't get to play as often as I'd like - MAYBE three times a year. Of course, each time I have to re-learn the basic strategy on the flight to Las Vegas. I've read a lot of books on the subject and I'm writing this review to tell you (it's actually the first review I've ever submitted to Amazon.com) that you needn't clutter up your bookcase as I have with any other blackjack books once you've read The Complete Book of Blackjack.
It covers everything you need to know about how play the game and the nuances of actual casino play. It's not deeply mathematical; but I have gained a better understanding of the game and have actually adapted my own counting system based on the information in the book. I've learned to subtly range my bets and have taken the time to learn some of the Modified Basic Strategy which is clearly laid out in the text. I have not returned from a blackjack trip a loser...and the strategies and methods in this book will allow you to really take control of your blackjack experience - helping you understand when the risks are high or low, and how to take advantage when conditions are favorable...
This really is the "complete book" of blackjack - and it is absolutely "usable" in that it is written in a straightforward and engaging style.
There is no substitute for actual casino experience; we all have to make our own stupid mistakes. But if you take the advice and information in this book and apply it diligently, you will enjoy your time at the table and the success it will bring.
10X +ROI in first 3 days.......2001-02-08
I bought this book because I was going on vacation to a destination with a casino, and although I'm hardly an avid gambler, I thought I'd spend some time playing blackjack. But this time, I wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing, because I was tired of simply showing up at a table with a pocketful of hope.
I was aware that there were basic systems around for amateurs that purported to even out the casino's edge in blackjack, but to be honest, I'd never taken the time to read about them or learn one. If I ever knew all the right plays, like when to hit, stand, split or double in every conceivable situation, I had long ago forgotten the rules. For example, do you hit a 16 when the dealer has a 7 showing?
Enter "Professor" Reynolds with The Complete Book of Blackjack. I call him Professor because I never would have imagined a more literate, humane, or succinctly instructive treatment of a subject like this. If you ever decide to play blackjack, the section on the "Basic Strategy (BS)" will repay you many times over. In this unit, you learn the cold, hard mathematically validated rules on when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em, reinforced with practical exercises and drills. There's an immensely readable chapter on myths of blackjack, all debunked with the same matter-of-fact, analytically based style. I didn't have time to absorb info on money management techniques and the real payoff that comes from counting systems, but the Professor assured me that I could hold my own with the basic strategy, so I decided to give it a try.
After three days of occasionally studying the tables and quizzing myself until I had BS memorized, I summoned up the courage to enter the casino, despite the fact that the book prudently warned me to practice at home or on the computer first. It's an entirely different game when you know the statistically right thing to do in every situation: violent emotions of hope and despair are replaced with relative calm and dispassionate observation. Don't get me wrong: this system doesn't guarantee that you will win every time out or get rich quick. It just insures you won't make a decision that concedes the advantage to the house.
So what happened? I played for two hours the first night and won $85 betting $5 a hand. I played for 45 minutes the next day with the same betting routine and won $75. Unfortunately Professor Reynolds can't accompany you and swat you in the head when it's time to get up from the table-you have to do that for yourself, although he offers advice on how to quit when you're ahead. Cost of book: $12 plus shipping. Return: $160. Not bad for openers.
I'm sure there are plenty of other books that offer similar systems and probably even more depth, but this a terrific primer for someone who doesn't want to devote his life to the subject. Thanks, Professor!
A step-by-step guide to playing, winning, and discretion..........1999-09-07
I've got to declare my bias up front... I'm the author's son, *but* I am also a computer programmer -- *the* computer programmer that wrote the simulation programs used by T.J. Reynolds in his research, in fact.
I knew very little about the game before I became responsible for replicating its play electronically and assisting in the proof-reading...
I used the amalgamated systems to win enough to pay for my honeymoon cruise through the Carribean, and still had enough left over to buy a *very* nice watch!
The best thing about the book, in my opinion, is how the author explains the rationale behind every element of the Basic Strategy as well as the more complex topics in a straight forward manner that seems to assist in remembering them.
I also appreciate the section that debunks the common Myths of Blackjack, and shatters the superstitions that are the most common causes of ruin among amateurs -- once again he pulls no punches about the statistics while wording the explainations in a way that is accessible to those of us who are crappy at Math...
With this book -- which is a fusion of all the most noted works on the game of BlackJack published this century -- you don't need to buy any of the originals by Thorpe, Wong, Uston, etc. -- It's all inside reduced to the essential concepts without any of the peripheral dissertations that would only be of interest to Statisticians.
If you can only afford to buy or travel with one book, THIS IS THE ONE!
Excellent discussion of topics from beginner to expert..........1999-05-12
I would consider myself a better than average card player, and I can play blackjack pretty well. But I have never looked at the formal mathematics or strategies involved in playing blackjack, *to win*.
This book covers "BS", the Basic Strategy, in itself enough to improve your game. Once you master this topic (you are dealt an A,7 and the dealer has a 3, what do you do?), the author introduces more and more advanced topics to continually improve you chances of winning (or rather remove the advantage the casinos already have, i.e. your chances of losing)
These advanced topics include several different methods of counting cards (take your pick), ranging your bet based on the count, and then finally using MBS, or "Modified Basic Strategy", complete with a whole new set of tables to master, oh my!
This book provided me exactly the information I wanted to become a better player, namely the BS strategy table, methods for counting cards, and sound reasoning to back it up. As a bonus, the author continually stresses how to reduce the chances of getting wiped out, and in general I think provides some good tips to keep in mind when gambling.

Don't buy this book.......2002-03-19
The author, a self described "professional gambler", simply doesn't understand the game of video poker. While he jokes about being a high school dropout with "street smarts", he unfortunately doesn't understand anything about probability theory or the expected value of return calcultions required to optimize the return on what potentially can be one of the few potentially profitable casino games. In short, his advise on how to play video poker contain many mathemetical errors if optimizing return is your goal.
First he starts by telling you should play table blackjack instead, but if you are too timid to try to learn blackjack, you can minimize your losses by playing video poker his way. He doesn't seem to understand certain video poker games are positive expectation games (unlike blackjack, unless you can track the cards). His advice will quickly turn a positive expectation game (e.g., Duces Wild has a 100.7% expected payback if played flawlessly) into a negative one. One glaring example of his ignorance is "play the minimum for awhile until you see how he machine is paying". The fact is the greatest expected return is achieved by always playing max coins. He doesn't seem to understand each hand is a completely independent event from the prior hand. Some of the hands he says to "hold" are just wrong.
Parting shot: if the author is such as clever professional gambler why does he need to write books like this to make money?

Read This Before Visiting a VC.......2007-09-03
This book's special expertise is about designing the financing of your startup!
A few years ago when I did a business plan for a technology start-up, the first edition of this book was my source for planning for equity participation for founders, employees, VCs, and the public from founding through IPO. When this second edition came out, I bought it to pass along to a friend in the early stages of a startup.
If you are a technical member of a startup, you must read this unless you are already sophisticated in the financing of startups. Don't talk to a VC until you have studied this book.
The title is the key. "Engineers" and other technical types will find this a quick and interesting book. And if you are going to play "Monopoly," you must at least know the basic rules first. This is how the game is played in Silicon Valley! If you don't, you will not pass GO and will not collect $200.
Don't Waste Your Time. There Are Much Better Books.......2007-01-01
This book is an example of what happens when you take a very specialized and difficult topic and try to make it into a book that everyone will buy. Real value and meaning are lost.
In addition, there is some dangerous advise in this book, like on p.47 where the author recommends entrepreneurs get start-up ideas from their work at previous employers--BE CAREFUL that could land you in jail. MOst companies make you sign non-compete agreements. How can the author overlook this simple and well-known point???
The book is in general outdated and written like it was thrown together based on previously written articles. Finally, the print quality is so poor and the format so unappealling that it was a struggle to read. I would only recommend this book if you can get it for $2 used like I did and only if you don't know much about starting a high-tech business.
Your best bet is "The Startup Company Bible for Entrepreneurs," by far the best book on the topic and the only book you will ever need. I've learned a lot from it and I refer back to it when issues arise.
Must read for any startup founder/employee.......2006-09-07
Very informative must read for anybody starting/working at an internet startup company!
Right on Target.......2006-03-11
It was refreshing and rewarding to get this book that is really oriented to the "High-Tech Entrepreneur" as stated in the title and not just a "warmed over" general "How To Start a Business" book.
I found great information in every chapter.
A must-have for the entrepreneur's book shelf.......2006-01-24
I was referred to this book after reading Blank's "Four Steps to the Epiphany." I would say this book and Epiphany are a must-have combination. Ignore this one at your peril.
