You'd expect this to be a joke, but Kyriazi takes his Bond very seriously. This is an amazing book, one that gets you excited just thinking of all the possibilities that the techniques could open up for you. Highly recommended!
I'm not Bond, but I'm improving........2007-03-09
Kyrazi's Bond seminar book offers a lot of good, practical advice that, upon first glance, seems like a no-brainer. But just the fact that one has purchased this book shows that he or she is motivated to improve his or her lifestyle, and the advice offered in this title becomes more realistic and attainable than it was before with that first step.
Although the text is not the great American novel by any stretch of the imagination, and I would go so far as to say that it is poorly written as far as books are concerned, this is not the point of the book; nor is it the point of the book to turn someone into James Bond or even to get someone to accomplish all of the things suggested therein (you have to be able to pick and choose things that are relevant to your life, personally, as we are all unique individuals). The book is, however, meant to help someone achieve his or her maximum potential as a unique human being, and this is what Paul Kyriazi does extremely well in the book. I have seen immediate results, and I haven't looked back since. The only place to go is up.

I hadn't expected a curious thing that happened while reading "The Complete James Bond Lifestyle Seminar" book: I was already doing a lot of what I found there. But I'm in my early 40's and I've been watching and rewatching the Bond films for most of my conscious life (I'm currently rereading all of the novels and just finished Andrew Lycett's wonderful bio of Ian Fleming), so it stands to reason that something had to rub off.
But if you're in your 20's or 30's, I'm sure you'll pick up a lot of very helpful tips about the style of your new cool life. The author doesn't limit his seminar to 007 but also includes very cool and swingin' insights from Bond's American cousins--Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack.
I have to disagree with the author on page 217. He writes, "I've never seen Bond running out the door yelling, 'I'm late. I'll never make it.'" The section is called "Be Early." Good advice. And it's true that we've never seen Bond rush out late...but that doesn't mean he's always on time either. In THUNDERBALL, M chides him in front of the other double-O's with, "Now that we're all here!" And how many films have shown a flustered Moneypenny trying to track him down?
He might be late once in a while...he just doesn't get excited about it, even if the world hangs in the balance.
But that's a quibble, along with typos and the first half of the book mentioning "Blowfeld" instead of "Blofeld" (it's corrected in the second half).
So with tongue firmly planted in cheek and open to improving your coolness, you'll have a good time reading through this seminar for tips. I did.

Fantastic read, Paul Kyriazi has something to offer everyone. I must admit, that I did not expect as much from this seminar as I recieved. This seminar serves as a road map to success, for the young man just starting out, or the older man preparing for a fresh new start. Insightful and witty, can't wait for the cd collection.

Overall the book is ok, however for a coffee table sized book (It's rather tall, which makes it awkward to store in a bookcase - well mine anyway) there's not enough photos, and a bit too much text. Almost all of the photos I'd seen before, so while most people new to the Bond world might be impressed, there's not enough unique content to make the book a must have. Actually come to think of it most of the text does seem like filler, too generic to be interesting. A book this size shouldn't be a novel, it should be mostly photos. With only one or two photos per actress there definitely needs to be a lot more photos.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but when I had read other reviews I hoped for the best. This is not the best. So, what one is the best? It is the one yet to be published. yet I will admitt that this one is the best out there that I have seen. A book on Bond women should have a lot more pictures, and more inside stories would help as well; yes, more photos, that would do the trick.

Lots Of Great Photos, Not Enough Exposition.......1999-08-20
This book has some great shots of the numerous Bond Girls who have come and gone through the years. The photos are crisp and clear and I recommend this book for anyone who calls themselves a James Bond fan. It's a great addition to the James Bond library.
However, on the critical side, this book didn't live up to my expectations in terms of describing the off-screen lives of the Bond girls. It spends a majority of the exposition describing the plot of each James Bond movie and then reserves only a minimal amount of page space to briefly, and I mean BRIEFLY, tell you about the actresses who portrayed Bond Girls in the movies. It is just not detailed enough. I was hoping to learn more about where Honor Blackman is right now in her life, or what became of Shirley Eaton after she became popular as a "Golden Girl". The book doesn't go into some of these things. Maybe this is because of the lack of information available, but if this is the case, I think the book should be advertised as more of a photo album rather than an expository book. Although the plot descriptions are very good, we have plenty of books which explain the plots of the James Bond movies. It doesn't have to be the emphasis in this book. The emphasis should be on the actresses themselves, not the characters they portrayed in the context of the story.
I give this book four stars because of the quality of the photographs, but it falls short of a five because of the reasons I stated.

Growing up on Bond, James Bond, there's a tendency for ones memory to highlight the action scenes, the suggestive sayings, or the coolness of Bond in the age of the Cold War, but this book puts everything back into prospective and lets us remember our shallow youth...and the women who shaped it.
Having all of the Bond books, the collections, and "encyclopedias," etc., I didn't think there'd ever be another Bond book that I'd want to have, much less need, but "The James Bond Girls" is a must have for everyone who's ever thought of themselves as a Bond fan.
The bed side companion of all Bond fans.......1998-01-13
I couldn't put 'The James Bond Girls' down even after the third time I read it. It has an excellent review of each movie, what happened and the stars involved. It gave an interesting account of each of the Bond Girls, what they did before they became a Bond Girl and there life after Bond. The book follows the sequence of all the films and is filled with photographs that compliments all the words and leaves you thinking and feeling 'Wow'. The only downside of the book is that some of the descriptions of the films are not entirely true. Certain details have been mixed up. This is the only thing that stops it getting a 10. When you get hold of this book you won't want to let it out of your sight, so grap a copy and enjoy!

I think this is a good book. I read through it and there is only one place where I needed help. Other than that, I would recommend this book to who ever wants to get through the game with a high score.
Tomb Raider and Tomb Raider II: Flip Book.......2000-02-29
This is one of those publications with two books stuck together--one book goes to the half way point, flip it over and you've got another book. If you're a Lara fan, you'll like the paper doll pages in the middle. Even if you couldn't care less about the doll part of it, there are still some good graphics of the game's heroine. Both Tomb Raider and Tomb Raider II are great games, but you really need a guide if you don't want to miss anything. This is a good one. The walk-throughs are composed of color screen shots and a description of what to do at that point. They didn't leave anything out that I could see. For the Tomb Raider 1 half...if you prefer a guide that doesn't tell you every little detail, get Tomb Raider Game Secrets by Nick Roberts. I got both books and don't regret it. I used Roberts when stuck, but went to Ward when a little more help was needed. Roberts includes info about the game's background (a nice interview with the programmers), but his walk-through is not quite as detailed as Ward's. Ward provides fewer frills outside of the walk-through.

For those of you who have played the games I & II you may miss a few things without this guide. Some may think it is cheating but I think it just teaches you to be more observant. I highly recommend this book for anyone who enjoys this game. I know I do.

This book can creat an inspiration for any one who need motivation for doing works such as MLM network marketing.
Many stories are taken by several books such as "Thick Face, Black Heart", etc.
In fact, the author should focus on how to sponsor downline via internet or other media in details otherwise it's just a simple motivation book.
All in all, any newcomer in network marketing can understand more about leaderships art, can read this book for self-help motivation.

Richard Poe is without a doubt the most prolific, captivating and widely published author in network marketing history. His classic article, "Network Marketinng: The Most Powerful Way to Reach Consumers in the 90's", May 1990, literally opened the floodgates for network marketing articles and the wave of excitement for network marketing which has carried over to the new millenium.
The book is split up into 3 parts and 19 chapters. What I found particularly interesting was part two: The 7 Traits of an MLM leader in which Poe starts off in chapter 6 discussing what makes a leader. He then goes on in detail the 7 traits which are
1) Drive
2) Persistence
3) Teachability
4) Thick Skin
5) Positive Attitude
6) Compassion
7) Vision
Poe draws from the wisdom of Xenophon, Napoleon, Sun Tzu and other historic leaders and instructs the ambitious networker in the timeless art of leading others. He desribes the network ma rketer as a freedom fighter, a leader, a business leader, an entrepreneur.
Poe is almost Reagan-like in saying that we cannot depend on the government to take of us, we need to take care of ourselves and he goes on to explain why network marketing may be the best vehicle to do that.
I highly recommend this book in addition to Wave 4 and Mark Yarnells excellent book, Your First Year in Network Marketing.
