Great resource!.......2001-10-25

I tested this book out in a Real Estate Spanish course and found most of the terms requested by the students. This reference often had more terms than the more expensive counterpart. The explanations in both Spanish and English allow the realtor to explain difficult terms to the client without fully speaking the language.

Perfect for small scale usage........2004-04-26

This is the perfect pocket business Spanish Glossary suitable for the desktop use, letter writing, business documents or as a reference when travelling. It has ample business terms that relate to many fields such as: the economy, mutual funds, real estate, computer terms etc. just to name a few. There are no definitions just the equivalent term in English and Spanish organized alphabetically. It contains approximately 5000 business words and/or expressions. If you are looking for a more ample resource I suggest the Oxford Business Dictionary but this is one perfect on a small scale.

More What than How.......2005-09-20

The author being a lawyer seems to give the bare minimum information. You are told what you can do, but how to do it is often left out. Numerous times in the book the author says, "for more info you should consult a lawyer."
Example: You are told how you can have single member llc's owned by one multiple member llc. Yet you are not told how you would go about preparing the arcticles of the llc to do so.

Example 2: The section on taxes for your llc is very short and leaves many questions.

P.S. I'm a bad speller.

How to form a Limited Liability Company in Florida.......2000-02-01

I purchased this book to help explain some of the complexities of an LLC and why there are so few in the State of Florida. The book answered all my questions and in fact explained that with the new laws in Florida, this is the only way to go. I was able to use the forms and send a check to the state the same evening and was registered within a week. A great savings over an attorney and I'm not at all sure I would have understood any where near as much had I gone to one. Most attorney's themselves are not LLC's but probably will be in the near future when they have had a chance to go over all the changes within the law.

This is an excellent walkthrough and summary of project management principles. The book is organized into three major sections; an introduction, a project management process, and a specifications development strategy. The second section is excellent. The chapters are ordered in terms of workflow and the advice is clear and pragmatic. The third section is excellent as well.

I've never seen a project management book as focused and well organized as this one. An excellent book for managers looking to better manage their projects, or for engineers looking for books to give management that will move projects up from CMM level 0.

Healthy Gluten-Free Cooking.......2005-07-19

Absolutely worthless. I've tried several recipes in this book and they are so confusing. The ingredients will be measured in cups, but the directions will say pints. So which is it? Cups or Pints? The dry ingredients are measured in cups and in parenthesis it will be ounces, but the ounces aren't the equivalent of the cups. I really wish they would have made up their minds before putting this book together.

Finally, a Gluten-Free Cookbook that is beautiful as well as helpful. These aren't recipes that look good considering that they're gluten-free, these are recipes that just look good. Highly recommended.
