The detection and measurement of the dynamic interactions of proteins within the living cell are critical to our understanding of cell physiology and pathophysiology. With FRET microscopy and spectroscopy techniques, basic and clinical scientists can make such measurements at very high spatial and temporal resolution. In part three you get: God inadvertantly creates life on Earth, urine is recycled quite a lot and served as drinking water, Fred's hatred of cats is explained, as well as some trivial stuff, like a star system- sized megalomanic computer, insane time travelers, and a bunch of annoying alien ducks attempting to carry out a massive cover up of their long list of devastating blunders that lead up to the destruction of the galaxy.
